 Dressing up in scuba wetsuits:

Putting on scuba suits has often been compared to squeezing into a really tight pair of jeans. You may have to suck in some air in when you put it on. Just remember one thing, the scuba wetsuit that you will be wearing is supposed to snug.
Having said that, here are some guidelines to help you put on your different scuba wetsuits.

a) Do not try to yank and pull your way into the suit, which could stretch and eventually tear the neoprene.

b) Since most scuba wetsuits are made of delicate material, it is better to slowly wiggle and twist your way into the scuba suit.

c) The first thing you should do is get the suit in place over your hips.

d) From there, put your arms in one at a time, working the fabric into its proper place.
Once you have put on your wetsuit, you should feel comfortable in moving your hands and legs freely. Remember, the reason for the tight scuba suit is to protect you from the cold water and its elements.
